The Wellness Evolution is a program that combines all facets of wellness + health = Wellthy.
Wellness Evolution brings you 4 Weeks of live online Fitness Classes and coaching sessions with Denise Blake, a Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist and Certified Health and Life Coach. (Programs starting monthly - first Monday of each month). You can work out in the safety and privacy of your own home, learn about wellness and all of its dimensions, as well as connect with an online supportive community of people on a similar wellness journey.
This 4 week virtual fitness program is hosted in a PRIVATE Facebook group - Denise Blake Coaching / Wellness Evolution. It consists of 30 minute online workouts 3 days per week and a wellness workshop each week. Replays will be available after each session if you are unable to make it live. You can sign up for 4 weeks and renew monthly, or subscribe to be registered automatically each month if you are loving it!
The workouts are designed from beginner to intermediate level and will progress each week to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. It is designed with modifications so that everyone can participate, no matter what their fitness level is. (especially if you are just at the beginning of your wellness journey)

In a world of diet culture and toxic messages of what "beautiful" should look like, we learn to build resilience to these negative messages and learn to connect with our bodies lovingly. We will change our relationship with food, and instead of viewing it as good or bad, we will learn to use food as nourishment instead of punishing or depriving ourselves. Morning workouts will take place on Facebook, via Zoom at 5:30 a.m. NST on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 30 minutes each session. Don't worry if you can't make it because you will have access to the replays to do your workout whenever it is more convenient for your schedule.
Weekly Workshops will take place in our Private Facebook group as well, on Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. NST unless otherwise announced in our group. Zumba classes are the 2nd Thursday of the month and Yoga on the 3rd Thursday. Times will vary, but replays will be available at all times.
